Four stage reciprocating compressor, originally for syngas storage, plus storage vessels. NACE compliant.
Originally designed for 70 Nm3/h from atmospheric to 50 barg. Can be reconfigured to run at higher inlet pressure, with lower discharge pressure, and higher flow rate. Please enquire.

Compressor: Rix 4V reciprocating, oil free, as-new. Very low hours.
Motor: ABB 30 kW ExnA II T3, as-new.
Controls: Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC and PanelView Plus HMI, as-new.
MCC: variable speed drives for main motor and cooling fan, ABB brand, plus contactors for heaters and oil pump, as-new
Scrubbers: 5 micron filter element. PED certified 2019. Material 316 stainless steel. One per stage.
Gas cooler: air cooled type, separate core per stage, stainless steel material.
Lubrication system: oil pump, duplex oil filters, temperature control valve actuated type.
Piping: gas and oil piping, with all necessary isolation valves. All 316 stainless material.
Instrumentation: all necessary instrumentation installed and cabled to PLC.
Structural: steel base frame, with full cladded enclosure.
Lubricant: first fill of lubrication oil allowed for.
